I’m Steph, a Design & Creative Lead specialising in sportswear, activewear and functional fashion. A unique perspective that combines creative design, product development, and brand strategy.
With 18+ years in the industry, I help brands turn ideas into well-made, performance-driven collections that people actually want to wear — on the move, in real life, every day.
From concept and creative direction through to technical development and pre-production, I combine design thinking with a deep understanding of fabric, fit and construction. The result is product that feels good, performs well, and makes sense commercially.
I’ve worked across premium, high-street and global retailers and brands, most recently in Berlin at Zalando, where I led design and creative buying for Sports Private Label and partner brand collections.
Now I work as a consultant with brands, helping shape collections, refine product direction, and bring ideas to life from a product perspective.
